Enrollment and Forms
All of our programs operate at capacity all year round and we also sometimes keep extensive waitlists (Roundhouse, Out Of School Care – OOSC, & Junior Kindergarten) for all programs. To be considered for our enrollment at our programs, you will need to begin by signing up to our waitlist as soon as possible.

When each child registers and enters our system, we ask for a $200 holding fee. Of that, $50 is non-refundable administrative fee and the remaining $150 is held while a child continues to remain in any of our programs (Roundhouse, JK, OOSC).
It is essential that you inform us immediately of any address, phone number, emergency contact names or family information changes.
Change of Registration
For all classes if a change in schedule is required. e.g going from full-time to part-time a 2 week’s notice will need to be given. Please fill out a Change in Registration form to make a request.
Change In Enrollment Status
The holding fee will be refunded upon a four-week written notice of withdrawal entirely form our programs. The holding fee will not be refunded if less than four weeks notice is given. The exception to our four-week withdrawal policy is for Junior Kindergarten which does not enroll children in the summer. For JK, the holding fee of $150 will be refunded if written notice of withdrawal is received June 1st of the year the child is enrolled. After June 1st, the holding fee will not be refunded
When your child leaves the program, there may be mixed emotions – friends are left behind, but new adventures await. If we know in advance, we can help ease the transition and do something special on your child’s last day.
