We are often looking for energetic and enthusiastic full-time educators to work with children at our daycare location or at our out of school care location.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and ensuring the safety of all children
  • Observing and documenting
  • Planning and facilitating
  • Guiding children’s behaviors in a positive way
  • Supporting children’s emotional and physical needs
  • Attending staff training

requirements

  • Level 1, 2, or 3 Child Care Certification
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening (age 18+)

salary

$19-21 per hour plus top-up depending on childcare certification level and position. As a Level 1, 2, or 3 certified educator you will receive a top-up wage in addition to the base wage.

Level 1: additional $2.64 an hour

Level 2: additional $5.04 an hour

Level 3: additional $8.62 an hour
